1Are you guys located in Australia?
Yes. We locate in ENFIELD NSW 2136.
2Is the DVD authentic?
Yes. We guarantee all DVDs are authentic copy. Full refund if you think it's not when you receive it, including opened and used the DVDs.
3Is the DVD brand new?
Yes. All DVDs on sale are brand new and factory sealed. We don't sell used DVDs.
4Is the DVD region 4 (working in Australia) ?
Yes. All of our DVDs are region 4 coded, working in Australia with DVD players, PC, laptop, PS4 and Xbox.

Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand too, no handling fee.

1What is the shipping fee within Australia?
Free shipping via AU Post.
2Do you ship to New Zealand? What is the shipping fee?
Yes we send to New Zealand, it's free shipping.
3Can I have a tracking number for my package?
Free shipping is no tracking. We ship with tracking number if you paid the extra $6.00 for shipping when ordering. And we are not able to provide tracking for New Zealand orders.
4What if package lost if I did not pay the tracking service?
We will be fully responsible for package lost, no matter it's with or without the tracking number. We'll send again free of charge or make the full refund.
5How do you define the package lost?
We'll call it a package lost if not delivered in 2 weeks for NSW or 3 weeks for other states.
6Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
Yes, in condition we have not sent it yet. Please give us an email with the new address as soon as you can.

Return & Refund

We accept Return & Refund within 60 days after you received the package.

1Can I return a damaged DVD for refund or replacement? Who pays for return shipping costs? How do I prove it's not damaged by me?
Yes, of course. We'll pay for the shipping fee to send back, you don't need to prove anything. We'll issue the full refund or send replacement once you let us know it's sent back. Let us know how much is the shipping fee, we'll send you via PayPal.
2Can I cancel the order if it's not sent yet?
Sure, we'll cancel it and issue the refund in the same business day.
3Can I return the DVD if I changed my mind?
Yes, of course. Will refund when you send us the tracking number or when it's delivered to us. Please keep the DVDs in the original condition.
4Can I return a DVD for full refund if I think it's not authentic or not as described?
Yes, of course. We'll pay the return shipping cost.
